Pasta with Broccoli Rabe doesn't just have 3 ingredients, it can be done in 10-minutes!
Try this one at home!
Super Simple Roasted Tomato Pasta
1 package fettucine pasta, cooked
2 pints cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
4-6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread the tomatoes and chopped garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Salt & pepper generously. Bake in your oven for 20-25 minutes. Scrape tomatoes and juices into a bowl of hot pasta. Drizzle a bit more olive oil, salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired. Serve and enjoy.
