Small Batch Baking: How to Make Just 2 of All Your Favorite Treats!

I had a baby a little under three months ago. So far I’m recovering from pregnancy and birth nicely, but I still need to work on trimming off the baby weight. I am a big believer in the “9 months on, 9 months off” idea. That is how it worked after my first baby. When we celebrated her 9 month birthday I was back in my skinny jeans and feeling great. So, I only have 6 months to go! Oy! The good news is that my willpower is strong and I recently started this new habit of small batch baking. Instead of making huge batches of treats I just bake two. That’s right, 2 cookies, 2 brownies, etc. It is so much easier for me. Also, if I am doing it for my daughter, it leaves little room for negotiation. She can have two cookies and that is that – because that is all I made! Here are some of our favorite small batch treats!
