Spiced Peach Lemon Iced Tea Frosty

This Spiced Peach Lemon Iced Tea Frosty is perfect for a hot summer day when all you crave is a chilled, ice-blended sip – and don’t want a heavier fruit smoothie or caffeinated coffee frappuccino. This recipe is an iced tea lovers dream. Spices, fresh peach, lemon, banana and loads of freshly brewed green and/or black tea flavor. Add in lots of ice and sweet agave or maple syrup for a super refreshing healthy tea sip. Summertime just got better if you are an “iced tea” kinda sipper. My recipe..

Recipe note: I used a spicy ginger peach iced tea – new from the Mighty Leaf brand. I soaked the iced tea in a chilled pitcher – with freshly sliced lemons and peaches overnight – so those citrus fruity flavors are infused into my iced tea.

Want a thicker, frostier sip? Use frozen bananas.

Spiced Peach Lemon Iced Tea Frosty

2 cups strongly brewed green, black (or combo) iced tea – infused with lemon slices and fruit (see above note)

2 ripe bananas
1 whole ripe peach or nectarine (opt’l) – best if you have a high speed blender like a Vitamix
