Did you know that coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals? It is classified as a “functional food” because it provides many health benefits beyond its nutritional content, according to the Coconut Research Center. Coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut water, coconut flesh, coconut flour, and coconut butter all come from the glorious coconut. CRC says some of its health benefits include promoting a healthy complexion and hair and softening skin. All that and more, plus it’s incredibly tasty! Who wouldn’t want to use coconut?
