Classic Spirulina Guacamole
vegan, makes 2 cups
2 avocados, mashed
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 – 1 tsp spirulina (I used Spirulina Pacifica brand)
2 limes, squeezed + pinch of zest
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped (optional)
add-in: 1/2 cup diced tomato, diced pineapple or diced tomatillos
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and fold and mash until the spirulina blend into the mixture. Serve right away or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
