Taco Bell Fresco menu has several options for tacos that offer fewer calories and still satisfy. Try the grilled steak soft taco (250 calories) or fresco crunchy taco or chicken soft taco: both have only 150 calories.

Just try to remember to make healthy choices too. Things like skipping mayo and cheese go a long way and hydrate with water or sports drink instead of soda. And last, stick to grilled not fried foods and no french fries are not a vegetable serving!
