I’m a fan of ice cream especially when it’s drowned in espresso! These Starbucks Espresso Shooters are gorgeous and will take you just 5 minutes and 2 ingredients to pull together! Starbucks Espresso Shooters {Photo and Recipe compliments of Starbucks}
What you’ll need:
1 cup Starbucks VIA®, prepared according to package directions
4 tablespoons Starbucks® Coffee Ice Cream

What to do:
1. Pour chilled Starbucks VIA® into 4 chilled shot glasses. Sweeten to taste.

2. Top with Starbucks® Coffee Ice Cream. Garnish, if desired, with cinnamon and serve with cut straws.
