Plum Jack Pepper Bites
vegan, makes 16 bites
16 tamari rice crackers
16 small squares of Follow Your Heart vegan Monterey Jack Cheese
1 large purple plum, sliced into skinny triangles
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1 tsp maple syrup
fine black pepper to taste
Add the cheese and plums to rice crackers – arranged on serving platter. Add a hefty sprinkle of pepper. Drizzle the maple and EVOO over top. Serve while cheese is still chilled.
