I’ve still been trying to shed my holiday pounds. I’ve lost and then gained again the same five pounds for way to long now. So I’ve decided to almost completely give up bread, pasta, rice and potatoes as a last ditch effort. I’ve been making tons of salads like this one pictured above. They are packed with flavor and light in calories, so long as you don’t go over board with the meat and cheese.
