Summer's Best Dessert: 4 Minute Brownie PieKelsey Banfield
Every so often I see a recipe for four minute brownie pie and am reminded at just how genius the recipe is. It is nothing more than a simple recipe for a one-bowl brownie that is mean to be baked in an 8-inch round pan and served like a pie. I love it. These days whenever any says they are coming by or needs me to whip up a quick dessert the first thing I turn to is brownie pie. Sometimes I layer in a few peppermint patties, or toss in chocolate chips. But mostly I just bring a big pint of ice cream with me and make it into an awesome sundae-style dessert. Have you tried brownie pie yet? What are you waiting for!
