Sunny Sweet Spring Green Smoothie
vegan, 2 servings
1 cup almond milk (or soy milk)
2 cups kale (about 2 large leaves, stem removed)
1 champagne mango, cubed from skin
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 orange, peeled
1/4 cup ice
optional: toss in some fresh strawberries if you have them on hand
Blend in a high speed blender.
