Sweet and Spicy Maple-Braised Pork Belly
Have you tried trendy pork belly? It can be pretty daunting to cook such a fatty meat, but in actuality, it couldn’t be easier. We decided to make ours with a sweet and spicy braising liquid, that turned the fatty belly into a sweet and savory delicacy that melts in your mouth.

The secret to an unbelievable pork belly is time. Cooked low and slow for hours, the fat melts into the braising liquid and the flavors permeate the meat beautifully. We serves our belly with slow-scrambled eggs and fresh biscuits, but meat this good is excellent on just about anything.
