Sweet Citrus Avocado Dip
vegan, makes 1 1/2 cups
1 large avocado, pitted
1 large tangerine or 1 small orange, peeled
3 Tbsp raw walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
+ a few pinches of orange zest
optional: a few pinches of cayenne for heat
Blend in a high speed blender or Vitamix until smooth and creamy!
Boost it! Add 1/2 cup of garbanzo or white beans to add some extra protein and fiber.
