Sweet Citrus Avocado Dip

This smooth and slightly sweet citrus avocado dip is similar to guacamole, but blended with a whole orange or tangerine to give it a sweet and sassy citrus accent – plus a dose of healthy whole fruit fiber! Get this energizing, healthy dip recipe – perfect for spring snacking. Pair with crackers, chips, toast or veggie sticks. You could also add to toast or a sandwich..

Sweet Citrus Avocado Dip
vegan, makes 1 1/2 cups

1 large avocado, pitted
1 large tangerine or 1 small orange, peeled
3 Tbsp raw walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
+ a few pinches of orange zest
optional: a few pinches of cayenne for heat

Blend in a high speed blender or Vitamix until smooth and creamy!

Boost it! Add 1/2 cup of garbanzo or white beans to add some extra protein and fiber.
