Sweet Cream and Sugar Cones Cookbook GIVEAWAY
Do you like ice cream? YES! Of course you do! Just in time for spring and summer cool treats, this cookbook is brought to us from Kris Hoogerhyde, Anne Walker and Dabney Gough of Bi Rite Creamery . The cookbook has 90 recipes for making your own ice cream and frozen treats right at home. Including the recipe for their much sought after and coveted Salted Caramel Ice Cream. The book not includes recipes it also has great information on equipment needed, basic techniques and ingredients. I’m a big fan of BiRite’s ice cream, but that line is sometimes so prohibitive, I forego ice cream altogether. Plus, I have an ice cream maker and would love to make some delicious Salted Caramel.
Because Bi-Rite ice cream is DELICIOUS and I want to make it at home since I’m not in the Bay Area anymore (esp the riconalla, balsamic strawberry, and roasted banana)!!

I bought a KitchenAid ice cream attachment, tried making one batch of homemade ice cream, and it basically was cream with butter chunks. I’d love to try again because I am very fond of ice cream and hate the artificial stuff you buy in stores.
