Tequila Time: 3 Margaritas, Tequila Tacos and More!

Happy Cinco de Mayo, everyone! If you’re looking for tequila recipes, traditional Mexican fare and the like for tonight’s dinner, look no further. We’re mixing up tequila and lime juice into margaritas aplenty, and perhaps we’ll even marinate some fish in there for a grilled margarita taco. If chips and salsa are what you’re looking for, we have many, a little something for everyone. Olé!

Agave Margaritas | Made with agave syrup instead of simple syrup, these margaritas are using all the parts of the agave with silver tequila and agave nectar to pair with limes. With salt or without, these are a must for a tequila lover.

Margarita Fish Tacos | Why not mix up extra margarita and use it to marinate your fish in? These tequila-spiked tacos are sure to make your dinner party complete.

Original and Strawberry Frozen Margaritas | If you’re a blended margarita lover, we have both strawberry and classic for you, plus recipes for the virgin varieties if you are opposed to the tequila.

Flaming Strawberry Margaritas | These margaritas really light up the night with vodka-filled strawberries lit like candles.

Fire-Roasted Salsa | While you have the grill going, roast up your peppers and onions for a deep, rich tasting salsa you’re sure to enjoy.

Chicken Empanadas | The perfect little party pockets. They’re easy to carry in one hand with your drink in the other.

Steak Fajitas | More grilled goodness, this time with steak, peppers and onions wrapped in warm flour tortillas.

Enchiladas with Homemade Enchilada Sauce | Red enchilada sauce that doesn’t come from a can? Sounds like the perfect way to celebrate. Make extra and save for easy meals later in the month.

Green Chile Chicken Tamales | These tamales are the perfect pair with a fresh salsa or guacamole.
