The wonders of ginger are boundless. Right off the top of my head I have read that ginger helps with morning sickness, heartburn relief, menstrual cramps, migraine relief, cold and flu prevention,constipation, reduces pain and inflammation, and is known as a reducer of colon cancer.  Really, it’s a miracle root. I love the rush of spicy cleaning my palate gets when I bite it raw. Some people are not exactly sure how to go about working ginger into their diets, or much less how to peel it.
