The Health Benefits of Coffee and a Few Recipes to Keep You Going

By Ole & Shaina Olmanson |

However, after having returned in the last three years to the caffeinated beverage after an eight-year hiatus, I’m happy to hear that my creamy cup of jo has health benefits. Health benefits that I intend to shove in the face of anyone who challenges whether I can curl up with a cup whenever I please.

Yes, that’s right. It turns out that there are benefits to drinking a moderate amount of coffee each day (2-6 cups depending on the study), and the good folks at Friends Eat were kind enough to lay them out for us. So, on to the facts and a few recipes to help you get your coffee in each day.

Yum, i love my coffee, in fact i am having a cup as i write my comment. I do not drink as much coffee in the summer months as i do the winter months. It keeps me warm and also curb my appetite. Go coffee drinkers!!!
