This Just In: Eating Berries May Keep Your Brain Sharp

Good News. According to Eureka, a new study performed by Brigham and Women’s Hospital (a nonprofit teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School) found that certain berries may actually delay memory decline in older woman. The study “finds that a high intake of flavonoid rich berries, such as strawberries and blueberries, over time, can delay memory decline in older women by 2.5 years”.* Another great reason to eat berries! And we have some great information on how to pick, freeze and preserve your berries once you get them home!
