Why we love this blog: Like she says, VanEaton truly is a “kitchen ninja, magician, pirate princess and mad scientist” all rolled into one, but we’d also add that she’s the patron saint of making healthy recipes taste just as good as their fatty-filled counterparts. Your Lighter Side contains approximately 500 low-carb, gluten-free recipes that range from health food staples (hellllllooooooo umami kale) to pizzas, breads, pastas, and more.
