I’m lovin my egg sandwich on Trader Joe’s sprouted flourless whole wheat berry bread these days. The bread — made from wheat berries that have been allowed to “sprout” and supposedly easier to digest — is a little chewy if I don’t toast it but when I have it a fork-smashed hard-boiled egg (that’s been mixed with a touch of mayo, deli mustard, and salt)…pure heaven. So healthy. Have you scored anything good in the TJ aisles lately?
