An article published in USA Today announced the recent findings of a study regarding healthy airline food. United Airlines was ranked No. 1 by the Charles Stuart Platkin, a self-proclaimed Diet Detective and author of a website with the same name. United scored highest in the categories of variety of food served, number of healthy offerings, and number of fruits and vegetables served. Other airlines included in this article are Jet Blue, American Airlines, Delta, US Airways and Virgin Atlantic.
