Sweet Green Smoothie
vegan, serves 1-2
1 cup fresh spinach
1/3 cup green grapes
1/2 cup soy milk, vanilla or plain (almond milk works too!)
1/2 cup coconut water
1 small tangerine, peeled
1/3 cup ice
Blend in a high speed blender like a Vitamix. Blend from low to high until smooth and frothy. Serve right away.
To add more sweetness add more grapes or 1/4 cup diced pear.
