    Actually, if you serve your children pancakes made with beer, you will in fact be serving your children alcohol. The myth that alcohol “cooks out” is so prevalent that most take it for truth, but it is in fact false. The short time that you cook pancakes is nowhere near enough time to boil away the alcohol.
