I am a big coffee drinker. Seldom do I ever miss a morning with my beloved cup of Joe. However, in the summer time when it’s blistering hot outside I’m not always in the mood for a “hot” cup of Joe. That’s when I switch to iced coffee. A beautiful refreshing compromise.
I love the addition of pure vanilla extract to the iced coffee. If you happen to like a little more or a little less sugar and cream simply customize it to your taste buds.
Vanilla Iced Coffee
What you’ll need:
1 cup coffee – chilled
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
What to do:
1. Brew your coffee according to your preference. Place cup of coffee into refrigerator to chill completely.
2. Into chilled cup of coffee add: cream, vanilla, sugar. Mix to combine.
3. Pour coffee mixture into a glass filled with ice.
