Green Globe Squash Chips
2 green globes squash, sliced into thin pieces — 1/8 of an inch
1/4 cup (at most) Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread out the squash chips. Spray the chips with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs, flip the chips over and repeat. Cook for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serves two hungry post-school kids!
