Watermelon on a Stick: Perfect for Summer Parties!

By brooklynsupper |

Meet the latest entrant into the food on a stick craze: watermelon. I love this adorable presentation, which adds a bit of festive flair to the classic summer snack. The cute triangles stack perfectly to make a great party centerpiece, and the stick really does make it a cinch to eat–look Ma, no sticky hands!

Watermelon on a Stick
makes roughly 20 watermelon triangles

1/2 a small seedless watermelon
20 plus popsicle sticks

Slice the watermelon in half lengthwise, and then cut three triangles for each half moon slice. With a small paring knife, make a small incision in the center of the rind, and wiggle in a popsicle stick.
