Acorn SquashSquash is one of my favorite fall vegetables. It is easy to prepare, super tasty and very nutritious. I like to prepare my acorn squash by coating it with all-natural maple syrup and a touch of butter, then baking it until tender and golden. I often do this while my daughter is napping or at school and then reheat it in the evening. This makes it easier for me since it means I don’t have to be in the kitchen for an entire hour before dinner. Here a quick 78-second webisode of my preparing Maple Syrup Baked Acorn Squash!
