Webisode Wednesday: Uncle Will's Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

By Kelsey Banfield |

Chimichurri SauceIt’s time to start thinking about what to cook for the Dad’s on Father’s Day. Since my husband loves a good steak, I plan to make him Grilled Steak with Chimichurri Sauce. My brother, affectionately known as Uncle Will by my daughter, taught me this recipe and it has become an instant classic in our household. One of the things I love about this recipe is that it’s a snap to make ahead of time. Simply prepare the marinade and let the steak marinate in the fridge for up to a day. Then, grill it up, serve with it vegetables and a delicious dinner is on the table for the whole family to enjoy.
