Werther’s Chai Tea for Fall

Werther's Chai via Babble.com

It is no secret that I am a huge Werther’s fan and a huge chai fan. The other day I was thinking of new ways to spice up my favorite chai tea and decided to try something new. I chopped up three Werther’s caramels into very small pieces and stirred them into my very hot chai tea. This way the Werther’s totally dissolved and gave the tea a lovely caramel undertone. I also chopped up two more to scatter on top of the whipped cream for a yummy, chewy garnish!

Werther’s Chai Tea for Fall

1 1/2 cups hot chai tea

1/2 cup 1% milk

6 chopped up Werther’s caramels, divided

Whipped cream

1. Pour the very hot chai tea into the mug and stir in 3/4 of the chopped candy until it is dissolved. Then pour in the milk and top the chai with whipped cream.

2. Garnish the whipped cream with the remaining chopped candies and serve!
