School is back in full force. Now it’s back to waking up early, packing lunches, getting kiddies off to school, after school snacks, homework, after school activities, dinner time, bed time and… You get the picture. I’m tired just typing that. I try to do as much in advance as we can now. Like making muffins that they can grab and go with in the mornings. These muffins are not only fun to look at they’re moist and delicious. We’ve swapped out most of the water and replaced it with Yoplait Trix yogurt! They make a fantastic addition to the lunch box or as an after school snack as well.
What you’ll need:
6.5 oz Triple Berry Betty Crocker Muffin Mix
1 Trix yogurt
1/4 cup water
What to do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place baking cups into a 6 muffin cup baking pan.
Stir muffin mix, yogurt and water together until well combined. Equally distribute batter between muffin cups. Bake 16 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
