Ready to bake up your own blood red delights? Try this red-velvet twist on classic chocolate crackle cookies!

Vampire Crackle Cookies
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
1 box  Red Velvet Cake Mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and corn starch. In another large mixing bowl, place the cake mix, eggs, and butter. Stir together until well blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and roll them into the powdered sugar. Coat completely and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool then bite.
