Zombie Chili

Ready to rock this years hottest Halloween trend? Zombie passion is in the air, and you can bring all the fun of soulless brain-suckers right into your kitchen with this suprisingly simple (and soo good) Zombie Chili from blogging duo, HisXHers. Check out the episode, then nab the recipe below!

Zombie Chili

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
1/2 white onion
1 pound bockwurst sausage, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
16 oz salsa verde salsa
2 cans butter beans, drained
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
fresh chopped cilantro
black tortilla chips

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add the garlic, onion, and sliced bockwurst to the pot. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or just until the sausage is browned. Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salsa verde salsa, and butter beans. Heat just until steaming. Top with Greek yogurt and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
