When it comes to fitness, it’s a great idea to set goals. They keep you motivated, keep you moving, and give you a sense of accomplishment when you’ve achieved them. Kayak A Beautiful Destination

I kayaked Elkhorn Slough in California several years ago, and I highly recommend it. See how close we were able to get to the sea lions? I loved the time kayaking so much that I’ve got another kayaking adventure on my bucket list. I’ve always wanted to visit Hawaii, and kayaking there would be an amazing adventure to cross off my list. It’s such a fun, active way to take in beautiful scenery and wildlife.
