Opening Day Fitness: 6 Baseball-Inspired Workouts

The sun is out, the birds are chirping, and the baseball stadiums are OPEN! If there’s one thing that reinforces that spring is here, it’s opening day for baseball. Whether you’re cheering in the stands for a local minor league team or rooting on the big dogs in the MLB, it’s time to celebrate baseball season and all that comes with it. When you’re not soaking up a game, channel that baseball spirit and jump into a baseball-themed workout. (Hey, you have to make up for the hot dogs and game-side beers somehow, right?)

Check out one of these opening day baseball-inspired workouts today!
