Ah, the holiday that’s about food, food, and more food. Oh, and giving thanks. Between the turkey, ham, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie, apple pie, buttery mashed potatoes, and more, it’s easy to go overboard when it comes to consuming calories on Thanksgiving Day. So, if you know you’re not one to turn down a second helping, it may be a good idea to counteract those calories another way: a turkey day sweat session. Of course you could always say no the abundance of desserts and heavy dishes, but what fun is there in that?
