Celebrity moms often choose style over comfort when it comes to their footwear, even going so far as to wear sky-high heels while strolling the streets of big cities like New York. Although uneven pavement and hard concrete can make for a pretty uncomfortable walk, plenty of celeb moms don’t mind taking the risk in heels.

On the other hand, there are quite a few famous mamas who are smart to choose flats over stilettos in places like NYC.

It is just so much easier to maneuver around the city when you don’t have to worry about getting your heel caught in a grate or breaking your ankle while tripping over a curb.
