This week is a big moment in gay rights history! It’s when the Supreme Court begins to hear both sides of the debate surrounding the Defense of Marriage Act and California’s Proposition 8. The fate of marriage equality in the United States in now in the hands of the highest court in the land, although the final decision won’t be made until summer.
