On how quickly these new moms shed their baby weight. But these stars aren’t like you and me. Their livliehoold relies on how quickly they can lose the weight. So who busted their buns, lost the weight and made the list?
Yeah, Gisele is amazing. She lost 30 pounds in just six weeks after the birth of her son Benjamin. She got oodles of excerise including Tracy Anderson’s dance workouts and also watching her diet saying, “I was mindful of what I ate.”
The Grey’s Anatomy star said that she has “always been obsessed with working out.” With working with a trainer, going on hikes with her hubby Chris Ivery, Ellen has lost neary 20 pounds since the birth of her daughter Stella Luna
The reality star totally committed herself to getting back into shape. She’s lost more than 30 pounds since the birth of her son Mason. For her diet, she eats five small meals a day and avoids sweets saying, “I try to eat a lot of fruit instead.” She also went to the gym six days a week for hour long workouts with a trainer.
The Victoria Secrets model abstained from carbs and kept active doing daily boxing sessions, which would last up to two hours. She lost the baby weight she gained with baby Valentina in no time at all.
Kendra had an extra inventive to lose ther 50 pounds she gained during her pregnancy. Just five months after the birth of her son Hank IV she filmed a Us Weekly workout DVD. To get ready, she did hour long work out sessions five days a week.
Who’s missing from the list? Heidi Klum but maybe because motherhood is not new to her and Rebecca Gayheart who actually portrays a more realistic look post baby! Regardless, they all look pretty fabulous!
