5 Picks of Who Should Replace Danielle Staub on Real Housewives of NJ

Bravo has yet to replace the recently departed cast member Danielle Staub, and since they only fessed up to her firing/retiring on Tuesday, they do have time on their side.  There have been rumors that Teresa’s sister in law Melissa Gorga will be joining the ladies and both Kim G and Kim D have been desperately trying to vie for a spot. But besides those options, who else would be good for the show? Here are five of our fantasy picks!

Luckily, Bravo plays fast and loose with the whole meaning of ‘housewife’ many are single and/or divorced. Making it a pretty wide net that could be cast. So who would be a great addition?

Oprah
She’d be able to talk sense into the ladies. She could help them in whatever they needed.  She’s Oprah! She can do anything. She could cover diets with Caroline (who just lost a whole lot of weight), get financial advisers to assist Teresa, and could go get her nails done and gossip with Jacqueline.

Maleficent
Sure, having an animated cast member might seem a bit jarring to the viewers, but if any of the ladies got out of line, she could just put a curse on them and get them back in line.

Bethenny Frankel
Since Bethenny retired from the New York City franchise, maybe it’s just time to hop on over to the neighboring state? Can’t you just see Bethenny and Teresa gabbing away talking babies and cook books? And her and Jacqueline going for a morning jog? And Bethenny going to Caroline for marriage and parenting advice? Actually, she might be a little too perfect for the gig!

Snooki
I think a fair trade between The Jersery Shore and The Real Housewives would be a very very fair one indeed. She already has the attitude and the hair, now she just needs the husband.

Octomom
Nadya Suleman aka Octomom is desperate for reality TV fame and fortune, and she seems like she could/would be just as crazy as Danielle. And  Teresa, well she needs to make some money, she could babysit all of Octomom’s kids. When you already have four, what difference would eight or more make?

Who do you think would be best for the role?
