5 Reasons Why Oprah Interviewing Bobbi Kristina Brown Is Just Wrong (Photos)

Not cool, Oprah

First she begs her Twitter followers to watch OWN and now she’s interviewing Whitney Houston‘s only daughter just one month after the singer’s death? We know that Oprah isn’t like one of us, so how do you say desperate in Harpo?

Anyway, if this was still 2007 we’d be saying, “Good for you Oprah,” but since it’s 2012 and she is no longer giving away free refrigerators, 3D televisions, iPads and trips to Australia, she no longer has our undivided attention. Times have changed, O, and we have Pinterest and DIY crafts to work on. What I’m trying to say is, she no longer has the power to buy her audience (unless…).

Sorry, but interviewing 18-year-old Bobbi Krisitna Brown only a mere month after her mother passed away just doesn’t sit right for some of us. If Oprah really is that desperate for ratings she should go ahead and just send me the keys to my new Toyota Prius and just tell me where I need to go pick it up.

Here are five reasons why we think Oprah interviewing Bobbi Kristina so quickly is just plain wrong. Check them out and tell us if what your thoughts are on this.

    Too Soon
Whitney Houston passed away on Feb. 11. Oprah's Bobbi Kristina interview is March 11. This poor girl hasn't even had the chance to grieve in private. We never heard Bobbi Kristina speak while Whitney was alive, and we shouldn't now... well, at least so quickly.

One word: narcissism. This is a great opportunity for Oprah to remind us that she's still around.

We're sure Whitney wouldn't approve of her daughter doing interviews so soon after her death. At least it's not Wendy Williams doing the interview - now that would just be plain wrong.

Poor Bobbi Krisitna might regret some of the things she says in this interview in later years. She's full of emotions and grieving pain right now.

This isn't going to make us tune in more to OWN, O. In fact, I don't even know what channel it is on my cable line-up and at this point, I'm not going to even bother looking it up.
