5 Tips on How Kate Gosselin Can Get a Date (and Stepdad for the Kids!)Sunny Chanel
Kate Gosselin revealed on the Today Show on Monday that she was ready to get back into the dating scene and is looking forward to finding some love. She told Ann Curry that, “I’m definitely ready to start dating, there are a lot of obstacles for me. The odds of me bumping into someone are rare.”
And she knows all about the challenges she’ll face. “I have eight kids, I have a crazy work schedule, I’m known,” said Gosselin. “It’s sort of daunting when I think about the obstacles. I’m hoping that person is out there, because the kids on a daily basis are just begging me to get married again. They bring it up all the time.”
So how could Kate Gosselin meet a man? Here are 5 tips for this particular single who is ready to mingle.
A Dating Show 1 of 5Jon and Kate Plus 8 transformed into Kate Plus 8, maybe they can go a step further and call it Kate Plus 8 Needs a Date. Mix in the regular show with a bit of the Dating Game and the Bachelorette and they'll have ratings gold.
Match.com or eHarmony 2 of 5Her profile would have to be carefully crafted. "You must like long walks on the beach, travel, romantic dinners and kids…lots and lots of kids."
Friends 3 of 5Kate told Ann Curry that she wanted some of her dearest friends to round up any and all eligible men. This could be good for Kate since the person wouldn't be a total stranger. But would her friends want that kind of responsibility?
Strangers 4 of 5Kate, she gets around. On the premier episode of Kate Plus 8 she sends her bodyguard to lure a handsome stranger to come meet her and offers him a cupcake. She flirts, she feeds, but doesn't get a number. But she's putting out the effort, which is the first step.
Millionaire Matchmaker 5 of 5Maybe Kate needs to enlist the help of a professional. Perhaps she should join forces with Patti Stanger of Millionaire Matchmaker? With 8 mouths to feed, the single mom would do well with meeting a millionaire. And it could be "crossover event" gold between TLC and Bravo. But would Patti Stanger be up for that big of a challenge?
