Oh, Aaron Sorkin, you had me at “Sarah Palin is deranged.” The former “West Wing” writer published a wonderfully witty rebuttal of Ms. Palin’s recent comments on Facebook defending her decision to hunt and kill a caribou on her TLC show, “Sarah Palin’s Alaska.” Actually, her comments weren’t so much a defense as a calling out of the rest of America, but whatever she wrote: “Unless you’ve never worn leather shoes, sat upon a leather chair or eaten meat, save your condemnation.” Sorkin argues back that the mom has absolutely no logical basis for this comment in his Huffington Post piece.
Here’s a link to the piece. As a lover of “The West Wing,” I thought it was hysterical, especially the part where he confessed to cocaine abuse as a preemptive strike against Palin’s army. Give it a read and leave your opinion. Do you think mama Palin should have shot that caribou on TV?
