Aishwarya Rai, Cindy Crawford, and Kate Beckinsale are not only some of the most beautiful women in the world, but they are also some of the brainiest too, which just goes to prove that yes, some women just have all the luck! It’s not enough that they are drop-dead gorgeous, but they also have to blow our minds away with their intellects, too.
They might play the goofy girl next door in some of their most well-known films, but in real life these women could not only knock the ball out of the park with their high IQ’s, but with their talents, too. I’m sure you probably didn’t know that Natalie Portman is fluent in Japanese or that Shakira just got accepted to the Mensa club for having an IQ of 140. Impressive, right?
Check out our photo gallery of some of the smartest women in the entertainment world and let us know what you think. In the meantime, I’ll be exercising my own intellect with my kids’ Leap Frog flashcards.
Celebrity Women With High IQ’s 1 of 11
Aishwarya Rai 2 of 11
Known as the Queen of Bollywood, Aishwarya Rai is not only one of the most stunning women in the world, but one of the smartest, too! She was an A student at the prestigious Ruparel College in India (part of the University of Mumbai) and wanted to study medicine or zoology but ultimately ended up majoring in architecture. She is fluent in several languages including Hindi, Marathi, English and Tamil (her native tongue is Tulu).
Jodie Foster 3 of 11
She's been making exceptional movies for over four decades now, has a Bachelor's Degree from Yale and has an IQ of 132. And of course, we all want to be her gal pal, too. Could you imagine the conversations she could bring at the table during moms' night out?
Shakira 4 of 11
These hips sure don't lie! New mom Shakira was recently accepted into the Mensa club and reportedly has an IQ of 140. She also opened a school in her hometown, and was a guest speaker at the University of Oxford (previous honorees include US presidents, Mother Teresa, Dalai Lama XIV, and Einstein). I mean, she does write songs in both English and Spanish and has managed to keep us fooled this entire time, too.
Natalie Portman 5 of 11
We knew Natalie was both beautiful and talented, but did you know she was also incredibly smart? She finished high school with a 4.0 GPA and attended Harvard University where she completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She also engaged in graduate studies at Hebrew University, and speaks Hebrew, French and Japanese fluently.

WOW! Now this is pretty impressive. Kate Beckinsale skipped high school and attended college instead, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree from West Chester University (Pennsylvania) at age 18. She got a law degree in 1997 as well as a Ph.D. in psychology, from Villanova Law School and Drexel University. She most recently completed post-doctorate work in sex therapy at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Oh, and she's also one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood, too.

Madonna is on this list for a reason: she's one of the most successful entertainers in history and has managed to keep her career and her pop empire going for well over three decades now. She also has an IQ of 140.

Talk about a full package of brains and beauty here. Even though Nicole Kidman dropped out of college, she's been making some pretty smart decisions in her life, all thanks to her 132 IQ.
