Ali Fedotowsky is wasting no time planning for her nuptials to Roberto Martinez. If this pair break The Bachelorette curse and actually make it to the alter, expect it to be a massive affair. With so many couples breaking their engagement after the show wraps, there is no doubt that producers will be looking to make this into a TV special.
While most brides start looking for dresses first, Ali is focusing on the music.
“I want it to be simple: one person, one instrument and that’s it,” she tells PEOPLE. “I think absolutely a violinist for that. My favorite music is like Jack Johnson, Schuyler Fisk … people who sit down with a guitar and sing. That’s what I want at our wedding — that rawness.”
But that’s just for the ceremony. The reception is going to be much more upbeat.
“Our wedding will be a lot of dancing and celebrating,” she says. “A live band, and absolutely salsa dancing. Every kind of dancing! I’m actually envisioning Roberto and I making up a dance — a funny, quirky dance that people are going to laugh at.”
For their first song, she is thinking “Bendita tu luz.” Roberto played the tune for her on their first weekend away so it holds special meaning for the couple. “It was our first weekend together in our hideaway house and he put it on, and we laid in bed and we were holding each other, and he said, This song makes me think of you.’ It’s our own organic song.”
Also on the playlist? “Roberto loves the Lion King song,” she says. Hakuna Matata?
