Chart topper Alicia Keys dazzled on the red carpet on Thursday night alongside hubby Swizz Beatz for the Keep a Child Alive’s 8th annual Black Ball at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.

Egypt’s mom had on a gold sequined top that she wore with a white jacket and black pants.  Her hubby Swizz was decked out in all black and posed by her side on the red carpet.

The event, which has raised $3 million for AIDS treatment in Africa and India, also saw other celebrity parents come out including Padma Lakshmi, David Arquette and LaLa Vazquez.
