Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will not be tying the knot as previously reported.
Contrary to reports, multiple sources told People that the A-list “it” couple won’t be walking down the aisle any time soon.
“There is no evidence nor any single truth,” a source said of the recent published reports that the couple will get married this summer or in the next few months. The source called these latest rumors “false”.
The source did not dismiss the fact that Brangelina said are open to getting married one day!
The rumors probably got started when Jolie, 36, told ABC News last year she and Pitt would get married if their six children kids asked them to. Brad and Angie are parents to Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh, 5, twins Knox and Vivienne, 3.
Angelina once said, “I think it would be hard to say no to the kids.” Brad once said, “The kids ask about marriage. It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at.”
Combine that with the latest construction going on at their home in South France, Chateau Miraval, of which has a chapel (!!!) along with the fact that the couple also said they would get married when everyone legally can (and the recent passage of gay marriage legislation in New York state), it’s not difficult to assume that marriage would be the next step.
Sadly, there are no wedding plans in the works just yet. We hope there will be – and that all of their six kids will be in the wedding party!
