Babbles Top Reality Television Dads Of 2011! (Photos)

Yep, Gary made our list. Find out why!

They put their private lives on display and wear their hearts on their sleeves. While reality moms usually get most of the attention, it’s really these dads that steal the spotlight with their touching moments with their kids while their mothers are getting in all sorts of trouble.

While they’ve had their ups and downs, there’s no denying that reality television fathers Ryan Edwards, Gary Shirley, Hank Baskett, Kroy Biermann and Joe Gorga are wonderful fathers who love their families.

Check out our slide show and the reasons why we think these fathers are Babble’s top reality television dads of 2011. Tell us what you think!

  • Ryan Edwards 1 of 5
    Ryan Edwards
Perhaps the cutest Teen Mom dad, he is one of the most responsible and mature young fathers out there too. He's the type of dad that would drop everything he's doing to go spend time with his son, Bentley. We love watching these two interact on the show.
  • Joe Gorga 2 of 5
    Joe Gorga
While the ladies were fighting on the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Joe Gorga never uttered a single bad word about his sister, Teresa Giudice, but still stood beside his wife, Melissa. After the RHONJ reunion he even tweeted a message to Teresa telling her he loves her. Now that makes Joe a father who sets a great example for his three kids.
  • Hank Baskett 3 of 5
    Hank Baskett
While Hank has been a mostly stay-at-home-dad this year, he's had plenty of time to take care of his son, Hank Jr., and support his wife, Kendra while she works on her career. Now that is what you call a supportive husband.
  • Kroy Biermann 4 of 5
    Kroy Biermann
While we might not know much about Kroy, we do know he is doing a wonderful job as a stepdad two Kim Zolciak's two daughters. Did you see the one episode in which he painted his stepdaughter's finger nails. Too sweet and too cute.

You can't deny that Gary loves his daughter Leann to bits and pieces. He has worked both the mother and father role for his baby girl while mom Leah stayed in rehab.
