Back From the Red Carpet! Dressed-Down Jennifer Garner Takes Kids to the Toy Store (Photos)

collage jen garner kidsAh, the life of a famous mom.

One day, you’re wearing a custom-made Gucci gown and a fortune in jewelry, giving red-carpet interviews and watching your husband thank you and praise your marriage as he accepts an Oscar.

The next day, you’re schlepping the kids on errands in jeans and boots.

But Jennifer Garner wouldn’t have it any other way. Although she looked incredible at the Academy Awards on Sunday, she also looks great when she’s not all done up. Why? Because she’s happy to have a successful career, three terrific children and a husband who loves her.

She was smiling and content as she and a nanny took two of her children, Seraphina and baby Samuel, to Jenny Bec’s toy store in L.A.

It may not have been a day of parties, fine dining and rubbing elbows with Hollywood royalty – but she didn’t have to walk in uncomfortable shoes or worry about losing a pricey earring!
