Belated Congrats! Jenna von Oy Had Her Baby Girl!

By shanaaborn |

Jenna von Oy is a mom!

“Oy” vey!

Our apologies to Jenna von Oy for having missed the exciting news that she’s now a new mom!

Her daughter was born three weeks ahead of her June due date, she confirmed to People last week. She also made an official announcement on Twitter last Sunday: “Pls excuse my Twitter absence…if u haven’t heard, my sweet baby was early! Gray Audrey Bratcher: born 5/21. 7 lbs, 6 oz & gorgeous!”

Jenna promises to tell her birth story – including the reason for the early c-section delivery – in the next installment of her blog for the magazine.

In the meantime, the new mom hasn’t lost her sense of humor amid the happy confusion of diapers and feedings.

As she did during her pregnancy, Jenna is tweeting witty observations about her life today.

“My daughter is a dancer at heart…” she wrote the other day. “She likes giving jazz hands while she feeds!”

And today, Jenna wrote, “Waking up to a newborn staring at me is better than any boost coffee has ever provided. #goodbyestarbuckshellomotherhood.”

Speaking as someone who’s been at the mom thing a little longer, all I can say is: Don’t give up that venti latte just yet.

Congratulations to the happy family!
