It looks like someone is bitter now that Natalie Portman has won an Oscar for her role in Black Swan.
The body double used to do many of the ballet dancing scenes in the film says she is a subject of a “cover-up.”
“Of the full body shots, I would say 5 percent are Natalie,” says Sarah Lane, 27, an American Ballet Theatre soloist who performed many of the film’s complicated dance sequences, allowing Portman’s face to be digitally grafted onto her body. “All the other shots are me.”
This all comes after Portman’s fiance and choreographer for Black Swan, Benjamin Millipied, insisted that Lane only did about 15 percent of the dancing.
Whether or not Lane did most of the dancing does not matter in my opinion. Portman didn’t win an Oscar for her dancing abilities. She won the Oscar for her acting.
